What is the world? How does it relate to you, or, perhaps more directly, how do you relate to the world? How do you see the world? How do others see the same world?

This may seem like a simplistic question, but I assure you, it is not. The world is. That is, the world is what the world is. What you see may have no relation to what is actually there, but what is there is there. And what you see, or what others "believe" they see, usually has no relationship to what is actually there. For instance, gravity.

Gravity is not nice, but it is the Law. Therefore, you violate that Law at your own peril, whether it is in a plane, or stepping off a three story building, or being grossly overweight. Gravity is the Law, and it will be obeyed, but this does not mean that people do not ignore it on an almost daily basis, and pay the bill for doing so.

The rest of His Law is the same, and the Law will rule, if you can see what is happening. Most everything you see around you is for the simple reason of covering up His Law, and to keep you confused and pliable.

To understand the world around you, you must first understand the illusions of the world; illusions created especially for you and those like you. But to understand the illusions, you first must be able to see the illusions. And to see the illusions, you first must be aware of the illusions, and to be aware of the illusions is to understand that everything "of man" is an illusion. Everything! All advertising, all government, all religion, as if anything "of man" was ever done for any purpose except to benefit those who organized or started the illusion in the first place!

The only completely self-less force in the Universe is God; no other force exists, or can exist. That is what this Part is about. Do you "believe" what you are told? Or do you accept God? The two are self exclusive.

Do you see the world, or are you concentrating on the illusions created for you? Electricity is a good example of what I mean. Do you enjoy those public service announcements by the power companies which are designed to save you money by reminding you to turn off a light or two?

Of course, it is idiotic of us to "assume" that the power company is interested in saving us money when they depend on collecting as much from us as possible in order to increase their profits, but we never think of that! So, do you pay for the electricity you use?

Strictly speaking, no.

Strictly speaking, no one in the entire world who is hooked up to an AC power grid pays for electricity; they pay for the demand they put on the system. (Remember, systems are designed to benefit those who control the system.)

The meter hooked up on the side of your house is not a "use" meter; it is a "demand" meter, and it measures the demand that you place on the available power. When you think about it, this only makes sense. Electricity that is generated can not be stored. Once it is generated, it is gone. They feed it into the power grid, and it never comes back; it must go forward at a constant speed until someone taps the line and uses it. That tap on the line is a demand for power, and the power company must honor it or the result is a brown out, or a black out if the power drop is severe enough.

All power companies work under power demand; nothing else is important to them. They could care less how much total electricity you use in any given month, but they care very much about how much total demand you put on THEIR system at any one time.

So what is the purpose of advertising and encouraging you to turn off a light or two? Think about it this way; it has never saved a single dime for any customer of the power companies, but it has saved millions and millions of dollars in added expense for the power companies themselves by reducing demand at peak times while leaving intact the single event during the month when your bill is determined by the largest single load you place on the demand meter hooked to your house or business.

All in all, public service advertising, which is free for the public utility, is one of the smartest advertising ploys ever worked out. And one of the most successful! Let me tell you a little story.

Here in Mexico, I know a woman who has a trailer set up on a lot. A very nice camper trailer about thirty-five feet long, with a new fence, patio, garage, and all the bells and whistles. Very nice set-up. She comes down to this location from her home in Phoenix about once a month. The first thing she does is turn on the air-conditioning, the lights, the stereo, the outside lights (of which there are quite a few!), and every other electrical device she has been able to pack into the property she controls here (she doesn’t own it, of course, since she pays taxes every year to the Mexican government, but that is another story).

And every month, just like clock work, she gets what, for here in Mexico, is a very large electrica bill, amounting to about $100.00, for two or three days, and it just incenses her. I have tried to explain what is going on, but... she is convinced that I’m a raving lunatic, and she WILL find out what is really going on. There must be an answer, you see, and it probably has something to do with these Mexicans! You know how they are! One of them HAS GOT TO BE TAPPED INTO MY POWER!!!

She has had three different electricians check out her system, for leaks (?), for unknown taps, for anything to explain the "problem," and always, no answers. But what the heck, they’re Mexicans too! I guess she is going to worry this until she decides to sell the property or something else happens, because she certainly is not going to listen to me! In fact, she won’t talk to me anymore. Do you think it was something I said?

Clothing is another interesting subject. I know a man who is one of the original researchers on law in America, for my generation, that is. His name is George Gordon, and he operates under The Law. And I mean, God’s Law, and has done so for many years. In fact, he has taken at least two cases where his Rights were violated to the Supreme Court in Washington, DC, doing all of the work and the pleadings himself, so his understanding is pretty good.

One day George was walking through an exhibition in a large city. This particular exposition had a lot of different things in it, including electrical field generators and equipment to verify such. In essence, what this refers to is a device which can measure what every man has around him, which is an "aura," and there are ways to sense this aurora. George and his wife were walking past such a display when the man working in the display called out to him and asked him to step over and talk to him. Being a generally genial man, George was happy to oblige.

He expected that the man was going to try and sell him something, but that was not what the man was after. What the man wanted was information. It seems that the display of equipment that the man was working with was one of those that measured the aura around people, but generally, the people had to be within three feet of the machine for it to work, and this time the machine had sensed George and his wife from twenty-five feet away! Why? That was what the man wanted to know, and George understood perfectly why.

Because George obeys the Law, and his clothing is exclusively of natural fiber, generally cotton, and he wears no plastics or mixed fiber clothing. At all. At any time, or for any reason. (He appeared once in nothing but his cotton briefs in a "courtroom" when the jailers would not honor his request for proper clothing. The judge was not amused!)

This part of the story goes back to the experiment with water from the faucet, live water, in a glass container and in a plastic container, and we are working with the same principles here. A number of you have related to me how well this experiment works; how when you put your fingers into the water in the plastic container it shorts out your muscle control and leaves you weak, and how, when you change and insert your fingers into the glass container of water, your energy and strength, particularly in the extremities of your body, is re-energized. This is because we are electrical beings, and our bodies work under the same principles as the earth does. To be a living being, we must exhibit electrical pulses, and anything which deadens those electrical impulses is bad for us, and for our health in general. Plastic deadens electricity. It does not conduct electricity, but more importantly, it inhibits it.

Plastic clothing works in the same manner, and inhibits the body from the natural function of projecting itself into nature; I think this refers to the phrase "at one with nature," and is a part of that. When you wear plastic (i.e., rayon, nylon, etc.), you confine your body, and end up much more tired than you need be, and this probably has more than a little to do with how poorly our immune system works after an extended period of time dressing in mixed fibers/plastic and how poorly our bodies clean themselves too. Also, how poorly so many of us now relate to other people and feel isolated is probably a part of this as well. Actually, our aura is undoubtedly the life force within us, and everything that we do which inhibits or deadens our life force leads directly to dis-ease and the inability of our bodies to care for itself. But, judge for yourself.

The principles are here for you to study and make your own choice. One thing, however, I will assure you of; until the so-called medical establishment rediscovers the real principles of life and our relationship with the earth, you will suffer unless you arm yourself with knowledge. By the way, just what part of Scripture is the most unimportant, anyway? Cause I guess I just don’t get it.

What do you think of law enforcement? Probably not what you did a few weeks ago! But, is it there for you, or is it there to serve a different purpose than what you expect, and have been told is the purpose? Such as making the streets safe for you?

What if law enforcement, as practiced "within" the United States, is actually a military function? And, if it is, can we identify why and how it is?

First, let’s start with the obvious; have you ever been in the military, or read any books about the military? When someone is stopped at a military check point, what are the questions that are asked? Do they not ask for "identification and your papers, please?" What are you asked when a "law enforcement" individual stops you? Why do the spokesmen for law enforcement agencies refer to "the civilians?" Are we to gather from this that he is not a civilian? Is this why most all "law enforcement" is now in uniform? And if so, where is the proof?

Why, in the code books, of course! If you will look in 22 USC 263A, and follow the threads, you will find that all "law enforcement" authority "within" the United States is under Interpol, by international treaty, and this includes ALL law enforcement. Interpol is a military organization, and perhaps this explains why all law enforcement now is in uniform. Including what was once the sheriff’s office, and is now the sheriff’s department instead.

Do you wear a wrist watch? Where? On your left wrist? Because of habit, right? But what if, with the present day wrist watches, this is dangerous?

It used to be that wrist watches had leather bands under the case of the watch, which insulated your skin from the watch. Why?

Because the control point for your heart is on the back of your left wrist, right where the body of your watch now sets, and watches are electrical devices; devices which, in any number of cases, can and do interfere with the operation of people’s hearts. I think most of us have heard of how a man with a heart attack has shooting pains down his left arm, and this control point is why. If you have doubts about this, read up a little on acupuncture and see what I mean.

Meanwhile, let me tell you a little story. Some years ago a woman I know and trust read my eyes. If you have no knowledge of this, it is a fascinating study. Anyway, she told me that I was very healthy, except for two problems. One relatively minor in that I had a lot of extra sulfur in my body. I took care of that relatively easily over a period of about a year.

The other problem was different, and it was something I was aware of. She told me I had a heart problem. This was true, as I was suffering from an irregular heart beat which just occurred whenever it seemed that it felt like it. I thanked her and went on my way, armed with another piece of knowledge. It is interesting about knowledge; it seems as long as you look and accept, knowledge comes, and in particular, it seems to come when you need it the most.

Sometime after that, at least a year later, I was at a conference of freedom loving men where a speaker informed the group about the problem with watches being worn on our left wrists, right over the control point for the heart. At that time, I shifted my watch to my right wrist, and, except for very brief periods of inattention, I have not put my wrist watch back on my left wrist, and I have not had an irregular heart beat since that time. Not a single one. I wonder, do you think it pays to listen? The men at the seminar also made a direct point that the new designs of watches are deliberate as another in the long list of population control measures.

Organ donors are interesting people. They believe that they are actually helping other people. Is that what all of the advertising is about? Helping other people? Probably not. (Have you ever thought about what the Bible says about organ donors, or, for that matter, blood donors? No. Period.)

I have known a couple of self made millionaires who got their money in the car salvage business. Cutting up cars that have no further value to their former owners so that the parts can be sold for about half of the price of new parts. It is a good business, and a big help for the less advantaged among us. In the body business, however, bodies that have no further use for their former owners takes on a whole different meaning, especially when you read of the harvesting of body parts from prisoners in communist parts of the world, and you better believe that these reports are true! Why the body parts? Why are they needed? Go back and review Part X, and then listen to the news about Walter Payton and the failure of his liver. Scripture tells us that everything we need for health is here, in nature, on the earth.

As for Walter Payton, I suspect that a strong, prolonged dosage of Milk Thistle would do wonders for his liver, but that would be a crime in the eyes of the medical establishment. You see, in replacing his liver, there is at least a million dollars involved, plus the advantage of the advertising to tell you that there are no other choices available. On the other hand, a good, highly concentrated bottle of Milk Thistle, 120 tablets, enough for the first thirty days of dosing Walter Payton, will cost about $30.00. You do the math.

As for the body parts harvesters, a good healthy body, cut up and sold, is worth about $150,000.00. Well, again, you do the math, because while the men I knew in the car salvage business paid for their wrecked or just old, worn out cars, the body parts purveyors have no costs involved in acquiring their stock in trade. I wonder where all the pressure for "organ donors" comes from?

And how about those athletes! Aren’t they a great addition to our entertainment dollar!? Why, without these modern day gladiators, what would we do! Just think of how great their hearts are that they sacrifice their bodies for our entertainment, and for millions of paper dollars, but that is just incidental, I am sure. Of course, anyone who believes that the bankers are going to let such people, who, if you will read books like "You Gentiles," rank as little above nothing, keep that paper wealth, you are confused about what is planned for the dollar, and for people in general.

And what about those athletes? Why, in a population in America where less than 14% of the population is black, are most of the athletes black? In the NBA, over 90%, and in the NFL, about 80%. Why? And don’t give me any of that drivel about less advantaged and having to struggle more and more poverty and, and, and, and... Endlessly. Let’s talk about the real reasons. About why there are few black golfers, and few black hockey players, for instance. Because this is important in another area as well.

There are three races that inhabit the earth. Is this important? I suspect so, or these would be facts that would be taught in our schools by the "government" and not left up to us to find. And let’s clear up a point right now before we go any further. I am not a racist! One of my best friends is black, and we call each other brother and mean it. In addition, my wife (Maria: Mary) is Mayan, as in Indian, and is obviously so, Indian, I mean. Her family is 100% Mayan, and I and they are very close. We get along well, play dominoes on a regular basis, and I love all of them. So this discussion is about Reality, not race.

So, there are three races which inhabit the earth, and this is reflected in the three blood types found. Yes, there are four, but one of them is an amalgamation of types A and B; Type AB. There are other differences; a white man has one less rib than a woman (Read Scripture; and God took one rib from Adam... Why? Did you think Scripture lied? This is important in another area as well; a man IS not and can not be complete without a woman. Remember the part about a chemical union in Part X? If you and your wife are one, then there is a union, in more than just physical act; there is a permanent connection as well or man would never be whole again. This is also important when you consider the "religions" such as the Roman church who deny to their priests what God ordained.)

A black man and an Asian man have the same number of ribs as a woman. Is this important? Probably so, or the difference would not be there, and when you hear of information about the origins of race, and stories about Adam not being the father of all races, perhaps you should give it some thought. Because while I am unsure of the actual facts, although I have heard a number of versions, I do know that something else occurred back at the beginning that has been hidden from our view. If it is hidden, it is done so for a reason.

But back to athletes. Why are so many blacks prominent in certain sports? Especially those sports where the players must run and jump? Because their legs are different from the legs of a white man or an Asian man. The thigh bone is longer in relation to the height of the black man’s body, and his muscles are attached to the bone in a different manner. All of this simply means that an average black man, given the same training as a man from a different race, will always run faster and jump higher than the average man from either of the two other races. No real secret about it, but it is carefully covered up. You figure out why.

Eustace Mullins is a fine researcher and writer. I highly recommend that you read every book he has ever written, and start with "The Curse of Canaan" for a good beginning education on where most of the problems on this earth come from. Very enlightening.

Polls are an interesting subject. The "science" of polling was developed in Britain. Surprised? Shouldn’t be, not by now, and sorry, but I no longer remember the name of the think tank that did the developing, but if you are interested, I am sure you can find the information. The following story is interesting, about polling.

Which poll do you believe? Do you believe any poll? Which poll do your senators believe? Americans take it for granted that the polls demonstrate broad support for President Clinton in his impeachment trial.

A little research by WorldNetDaily uncovered many surveys that contradict that conventional wisdom. In fact, they show the exact opposite.

In a CBS News poll of 631 likely voters, 84 percent believe Clinton is guilty. An ABC News poll of 803 adults determined that 69 percent think Clinton is not honest and trustworthy. In the same poll, 73 percent said Clinton does not have high personal and ethical standards.

Brown University conducted a recent poll of Rhode Island registered voters and found that 71 percent believe Clinton lied to the grand jury, 65 percent think he committed perjury in his testimony, and 49 percent believe he committed obstruction of justice.

"If the election were held today, who would you vote for in your congressional district, the Republican or Democrat," asked a recent Zogby poll of 923 likely voters. It was a tight race with 40 percent for Republicans and 39 percent for Democrats.

Opinion Dynamics conducted a poll of 911 registered voters for Fox News. A full 70 percent agreed that Clinton perjured himself.

Another Zogby poll of 993 likely voters found that 55 percent believe that lying before the grand jury is an impeachable offense.

There are many polls, with many different questions and equally many different answers. Polls are used by political consultants to determine if their political spin is getting the results they want. If the poll numbers are off, they spin a little harder.

Polls are not only used to measure results, they are used to influence. Political insiders use polls to manipulate public opinion and market candidates all the time.

Do you really believe the polls about Clinton’s popularity? Are Americans really that stupid in your estimation? Now, be honest with yourself. Did you think that Americans were that dumb? Then you have admitted that you permit the media to sway your opinion, and you do this because you are not aware of the real use of media, not just "within" the United States and America, but over the entire world.

That being said, it is rather obvious that the most controlled press in the world is in America, and that is why the Internet is the next target, and Y2K is a real event.

What about population? Is the world over populated? IF you live in a city, your opinion is probably biased, but that is beside the point. Ever driven through the middle of Wyoming or North Dakota? Better do that before you answer this question. Or, you could do a little math. I recommend that you do so.

Let’s take Montana as an example. If you will look in an Encyclopedia, you will find the area of Montana. Do a little math, and reduce this to a square footage figure, then divide the population of the entire earth, about 5.8 billion or so, into this figure, and you will find that if you moved the entire population of the earth to Montana, every man, woman and child on the face of the earth, they would EACH have about 880 square feet of living space. Each. This is enough area, used as an intensive garden, to nearly feed one person for an entire year, yet the rest of the world would be bare of people. Totally. So, where is the over population problem? Or is the problem centered in the greed of the multi-nationalists whose only desire is to rape and pillage the earth for profit, and to force more and more people into cities where they are usable as "human resources" and more easily controlled?

You be the judge, but do the math before you accept the premise of "over-population." I expect the earth could easily support forty billions or so without straining, but it would have to be done with full access to clean power, which has been deliberately denied to us for decades, and the production of true food close to the populations, and not in the profit chains now used for the benefit of the self-styled elite.

When the Roman Empire fell, the most fertile land in the Empire was lying fallow, and the people had been stuffed into the cities where they demanded bread and circuses. The land was lying fallow because the farmers had been taxed off the land, and the Empire was existing on what could be taxed from the outer provinces under the control of the Empire. Between the people having nothing left, such as their own piece of land and no longer willing to fight for the Empire, and the outer provinces tired of the over taxation, is it any wonder that the barbarians won?

Understanding this is like understanding that the state is making every effort to act as our god. For instance, we have discussed other words. How about Holiday? Why does the government establish Holidays? For you, or for their own purposes? Where did the word come from?

Holiday. Holi - day. Holy day. Pretty simple, really. In English language construction, when you join the words together, simply change the y to i. Remember, the more you look to "them," the more benefits accrue to "them."

How about the Interstate Highway System? Is there more here than meets the eye? The federal government began regulating (remember; something is regulated for someone’s gain) trucks and trucking with the Motor Carrier Act of 1935. I am sure that the date in 1935 has a lot more significance for you now than it did before. In the 1950s, Eisenhower ordained that the Interstate system of highways be built. Not for your use, but for an interior means of defense against invasion. Since this is patently an absurd reason, you can expect that there is another reason.

No other nation could possibly invade America without the active cooperation of those in power to see to it that it could be successfully done; not against 100,000,000 armed Americans. But, in the case of cooperation with those in power, an armed invader would find the interior lines of the Interstate Highway System to be an invaluable tool for control and transportation purposes. And, in older Road Atlas’s, you will find that the Interstate Highway System is designated as military roads. As you read this, please remember what I told you about the Russian plan of building roads in Afghanistan, and how this was planned and carried out in the 1950s so that the roads could be used in the late 1970s.

It is amazing when you begin to understand the many and diverse ways in which our views are altered to the benefit of other men. In this regard, I would like to share another little story. I have mentioned that I have had a number of interesting talks with scientists, particularly physicists. One, a real genius with math, although a little lost in real life, had some interesting information having to do with some math formulas that he had worked up just for the fun of it. Math and gravity. That was what interested him.

So he took the gravity of the earth and applied math to it, and figured in man, and found out that, in the Reality of math, we were not capable of moving on earth without other factors being brought into play. So, he altered his formulas, and figured in the balancing gravity of the moon and the sun. That helped, but not enough; not by a long shot. So he applied math to the rest of the solar system and ran the equations again. Better, but we still would be unable to lift a spoon to our mouths from the top of a table.

Now, what we are talking about here occupied his spare time for many years as he reduced all of this information to math and worked the bugs out of the formulas. What particularly frustrated him was that he could not get an answer that satisfied the math, and allowed man to walk, run, eat, play or engage in any other activity on the earth. Until he changed his formulas again, and factored in ALL of the stars in the heavens. All of them, because the influence of any one star is so minute that it takes literally billions of them to balance the equations. Literally billions. His final deduction was that without those stars you see in the sky every night, you could not move on the face of the earth given the musculature of our bodies.

What is the earth? Is it the center of the universe? I expect so, and that is why we are taught otherwise. What is the purpose of the universe, and why does it move in such stately and majestic splendor? For your enjoyment? Or is there purpose in it? I expect that the universe serves God’s purposes, just as we do. Think about that, and what this information means to your perceptions of life, and of Truth.

Let's quickly examine these two proposed replacements for war: an open-ended space program aimed at unreachable targets, and an extraterrestrial threat. There are no "aliens" to visit from outer space. Scripturally there is life on no planet other than earth. Man is the highest form of life and he has NOT landed on the moon.

In 1961, William Branham said: "If you go to the moon you couldn't set down because see, you'd jump right back up unless you had some magnet to hold you there. (Low gravity). You couldn't stay over night; you'd freeze to death. (One lunar night is 336 hours long). In the daytime you'd burn up. (One lunar day equals fourteen Earth days, but the temperature is constant 265 degrees F). What are you going to do when you get there?" (Basis of Fellowship 61-0214) (A lot of truth here. The moon is almost 300,000 miles above the earth's surface. Two Van Allen belts located 300 and 2,000 miles above earth protect us from deadly radiation. The tremendous solar and cosmic radiation encountered in the Van Allen Belt, temperature control and other problems connected with space travel prevent living organisms leaving our atmosphere. NASA faked the Apollo moon landings. No man has been higher than 300 miles above Earth's surface, orbited or landed on the moon. Certainly not with any technology Americans claim to have used. (This is interesting, and you had better pay attention. Is this absolutely true? Probably. - David)

If you doubt this, explain how the astronauts walked on the moon's surface enclosed in a space suit in full sunlight absorbing a constant 265 degrees F. NASA tell us the moon has no atmosphere and that the astronauts were surrounded by the vacuum of space. In this case they couldn't have walked, and the footprints which were photographed could not form on the moon's surface where gravity is so weak and the atmosphere so thin.

Most, if not all, of the photos, films and videotape of the Apollo Moon Missions are easily proven false. Their psychological effect, however, is very real, and intended to establish in people's minds that if man can travel to the moon, alien creatures can reach our earth. The moon landing was a psy-op by those lovely people who brought us Pearl Harbor, the fire bombing of civilians in Dresden, atomic bombing of Japan, Nazism, Communism, the Federal Reserve, IMF, UN, and that little-known real holocaust of over two million German soldiers murdered by American Jewish "revenge" (for what?) regiments in the two years AFTER World War II. Gittin 58a claims they wrapped 16 million Jewish children in scrolls and burned them alive. However, ancient demography indicates there were not 16 million Jews in the entire world at that time, much less 16 million Jewish children (or four billion Jews).

In World War II, Rabbi Israel Goldstein announced 6 million Jewish deaths -- three years before the proclaimed events (New York Times December 13, 1942). This LIE was reduced to 4 million in 1979. But following a further resurrection of holocaust victims, their number was further reduced to 1.1-1.5 million by Walter Reich, former director of the US Holocaust Museum in Washington, DC (Washington Post, September 8, 1998).

The International Red Cross audit up to December 31, 1984 records a total 282,077 registered deaths of all internees in all German concentration camps from all causes. The Rockefeller Foundation funded the famous 1937 psy-op broadcast "War of the Worlds." Six million Americans listened as Orson Welles described an extraterrestrial invasion from Mars. Thousands responded in sheer panic and an estimated one million responded with sustained credulity and fear. An apparent extraterrestrial threat is definitely on the menu. There have been many space deceptions recently like the discovery of fossil organisms in rock from Mars, and ice on the moon. Whilst we are warned a collision with asteroids may mean the extinction of human beings as they falsely suggest caused the extinction of dinosaurs.

What is the real reason the GPS system is being turned-off from August 22 until December 31 this year? Is it possible the powers that be are restricting accessibility for some sinister purpose?

One point I want to draw from Phillip Day's expert opinion is that he believes Y2K was a deliberate, planned, long-term exercise. The second point is that although Boeing's US$1.2 billion contract with the US Government is ostensibly to make America's satellites Y2K compliant, their task is impossible if they are non-compliant, because there is no way Boeing can replace the embedded chips.

One may reasonably assume civilian mainframe software and hardware would be replaced before the expiry of thirty or forty-years, so tolerating known design faults such as Y2K might be excusable. But satellites orbiting miles above the earth would have been designed and tested to ensure this problem did not arise.

So what are the facts? Someone is engineering a catastrophe. I can only repeat what God's Prophet has said regarding Revelation 13:13 and the other Scriptures we have quoted about signs in the heaven:

"And the Bible said that great final impersonator would rise up yonder and set on seven hills; he'd wear a triple crown, and he'd give power and have power, even so much as to make fire come down out of heaven in the presence of the people. He would do all of that, all of that in the last days."

Got that? By the most accurate estimate, 5,200 people died as a result of illegal drug use in that year. No you are not mistaken or misled by these figures. 106,000 people died from adverse reactions to legal drugs!

Okay, I will admit that there are innumerable, non-death related problems associated with illegal drug use. I will stipulate to that. People become disabled and indigent as a result of illegal drug use, but look at the figure for liver disease: 25,135, and a substantial portion of that is due to "legal" alcoholism. And how many of those who committed suicide, 30,862, were under the influence of alcohol when they offed themselves?

I want to ask you this simple question: Are illegal drugs difficult to obtain today? And are illegal drugs more difficult to obtain now than they were when the War On Drugs commenced? The answer is a resounding NO.

People, the War On Drugs is a big fat, government sponsored LIE. There are no success stories associated with it, yet otherwise intelligent, well-intentioned people continue to support the WOD! The WOD is an abject failure. If there are just as many illegal drugs available for sale right now, and that fact is undisputed, how can anyone refute the fact that the WOD has had no effect on illegal drug use or availability?

Illegal drug dealing is a success only because it is illegal: Did you ever consider that possibility?

The very same people who support the WOD are the same geniuses who will admit that Prohibition was a mistake, but that the WOD is not. What's the diff? You ban something, and you open up a black market for it; and a lucrative black market, at that. You ban guns, and a black market will open for them. You ban aspirin, and a black market opens for aspirin. What in the hell is the matter with the minds of Americans?

If you want to kill something, you'd better know from whence it derives it's life, isn't that true? And if something derives it's life from the fact it has been branded as illegal, what is the next logical step?

No! You do not pull law-enforcers off the illegal drug dealers and let them have their way. We all know that would be stupid. What you do, is you make the illegal drug business unprofitable. You put these street hustlers out of business. And how do you do that? You allow the legal sales of these substances through licensed pharmacies at 15% over cost. No advertising allowed. If someone decides today is the day he becomes a drug user, let him! And when he buys those drugs over the counter, have him sign a release that says if he becomes ill, indigent or disabled as a result of his drug use, he will not be eligible for any form of social welfare or social medical benefits. He'll die in the gutter if he gets into trouble. So let him. Let's roll out the camera crew and record his last moments in the ditch, and then show that footage to the students in our public schools. You want effective drug education? That's the way to do it.

And what is the outcome? You have a society of people who consider illegal drug use to be about as bright as legal cyanide use.

Few people recognize the fact there are no "self-starters" in drug abuse. Illegal dealers, motivated by a profit motive, get others to try their wares through free samples, often at social gatherings where alcohol dims judgment and where peer pressure completely wipes out the influence of government sponsored programs like "Just Say No". (This man does not understand the D.A.R.E. program, or he would not mention it here. D.A.R.E. is the best advertising campaign ever devised for the promotion of drugs. - David) If the same pigeon knows he can purchase purer substances from the local pharmacy, why would he buy lesser quality substances from this predator at the party? That's how you kill the illegal drug trade, my friends. In fact, that is the ONLY way.

We have discussed that the United States government is a corporation, and I have really left the subject alone for quite some time, more to let you adjust than anything else. But just knowing that these are corporations does not answer all of the questions, because the most important one to answer, for full understanding, is: Where is the stock for these corporations? It exists!

This is an essential conversation to what we are studying. No one charters a corporation except to register an interest of ownership. Yes, there is the so-called liability limiting function as well, and you see that in play as so-called public officials and the officers of drug pushing companies are held non-accountable for their actions, but that does not change the basic premise of corporations; every corporation which is chartered is chartered with stock issued. Part of this is revealed within the information that the United States government is now the largest stockholder in the IMF; a corporation owning stock must by definition have stock of its own which is carried on someone else’s books.

Now, comes the QUESTION; you are an American, so what are you doing paying taxes to a corporation? So what makes you liable for the debts of a corporation (read as NATIONAL DEBT)? Why are you teaching your children to pledge allegiance to the flag of a corporation? Once you begin to grasp the real importance of these questions, you will begin to understand why your children are sent overseas to fight foreign wars for the profits of the stockholders of these various corporations. Economist Rahn reports there are over 3,000 federal criminal offenses in the US, plus millions of regulations. The Internal Revenue Code runs over 9,000 pages. This explosion of laws and regulations has brought government snooping on a gigantic scale.

Rahn shows how often government snoops get bank checking-account records, monitor overseas phone calls and otherwise invade privacy. He covers government seizure of the assets of peaceful people. He makes clear that government gains power to invade privacy in the name of supposedly high-minded objectives like stopping criminals and drug dealers, but the power to invade privacy is always abused.

Fortunately, Rahn explains that "new technology has made it impossible, at least in any cost-effective manner, to enforce such laws and restrictions and at the same time preserve civil liberties." He goes on to say that "The only form of communication remaining that an individual, with a high degree of certainty, can know is not being monitored is highly encrypted digital data. Other than a gun, this is one of the last individual defenses against corrupt or totalitarian institutions and individuals."

Rahn discusses the impact of the Internet (beyond the control of any government), the semiconductor chip (doubling in power about every 18 months), public key encryption (highly secure and becoming ever more difficult to breach), global futures markets (which enable anybody to learn the price of freely-traded currencies and commodities), asset securitization (enabling many assets to provide backing for private money), smart cards (storing money outside electronic communications systems) and the declining cost of communications systems (which makes it cheaper to use private money). He talks about the spread of optical communications and low orbit satellites which enable anybody using a pocket communicator to access the Internet--even when there aren't any wires around.

"Private money is on its way," Rahn declares, "and no government is going to be able to stop its arrival or its flow. Concealing one's financial transactions will be easy for those who wish to do so, and government efforts to make private money illegal or taxable will ultimately fail." (Says who? - David)

And here we have Y2K in a nutshell. If you think that those with the power on this earth do not understand computers and their uses, and the power inherent therein, you are confused. They are not confused! They understood years ago what was coming and devised a method of dealing with it. Will this spell the end of all computing? No, but it will mean immense profits for them, and severe restrictions on personal use, perhaps through cost as much as anything. I can not conceive of a post-Y2K scenario where the corporations do not decree that "due to abuses in the computer fields which led to the severe dislocations of Y2K, it has been found that the wide spread and unmonitored use of computers is detrimental to the public good." Be prepared, that is what I am saying. But you can expect at some time that the same rules in effect within China will apply here to computers as well. There is simply too much information available to too many people, who otherwise would have no clue as to what is really going on.

Farm group warns of food supply clusters

WASHINGTON (AP) — Unless efforts are made to halt the pace of consolidation in agriculture, America's food chain will be controlled by a handful of corporations that will drive the independent family farmer to extinction, a farm group warned Thursday.

"We believe concentration will do more to influence the future structure of agriculture in the United States than the next farm bill,'' Leland Swenson, president of the 300,000-member National Farmers Union told the House Agriculture Committee.

"Many predict that we will soon have a system where three or four companies control the food and fiber system at every level, from the seed supply until the time it reaches the consumer,'' Swenson said.

Thursday's hearing was only the latest on the concentration issue. Concerns about the number of mergers in agriculture have risen since Cargill Inc. of Minneapolis, the nation's No. 1 grain company, announced plans in November to buy the worldwide operations of second-ranked Continental Grain Co.

With already low prices in both livestock and commodities markets, many lawmakers and farm groups worry that the Cargill-Continental deal, which is being reviewed by the Justice Department, will further depress prices for farmers.

"We can't continue to put the squeeze on those at the bottom of the production chain,'' said Rep. Charles Stenholm, D-Texas. (Of course they can, and they will! - David)

Harry L. Pearson, president of the Indiana Farm Bureau, said the American Farm Bureau also is concerned that concentration could lead to inadequate market access but has not taken a view on the Cargill-Continental deal.

But the National Farmers Union, which has called for a moratorium on mergers until the impact on agriculture is determined, painted a dimmer picture of what it calls "the industrialization of agriculture'' with a study it released by a team of University of Missouri rural sociologists.

In the livestock industry, four large firms in each sector are slaughtering four out of five beef cattle; three out of four sheep; three out of five hogs and half of all chickens, the study said.

In fact, 95 percent of all chickens are processed under production contracts — a trend that concentration critics fear could stretch to other areas of livestock.

"The farmer becomes the grower, providing the labor and often some of the capital, but never owning the product as it moves through the food system and never making management decisions,'' the report said.

The report also raised concerns about a "seamless system'' where companies control products from "gene to shelf.'' Such clusters are already forming, the authors wrote, pointing to alliances between Monsanto, one of the leading biotechnology firms, with Cargill.

Another example of a major food chain player would be ConAgra, the report said, noting the company has subsidiaries along most links in the food chain.

Still, Mark Drabenstott, an economist who heads the Center for the Study of Rural America at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, told lawmakers that consolidation in agriculture is "generally a positive trend'' that leads to lower priced and higher quality food for consumers. Right, and we see one corporation being asked to oversee the operations of other corporations, and both probably have interlocking ownership at the top, but we expect that something good will come out of the mix, for the common man. This flies in the face of all reason and intelligence. And within this, you see the preparation talked of before as being even more necessary, as is the absolute need to begin to understand real food, nutrition, and establishing supplies of the same for yourself and your family. Not just in the event of a crash of the economy, but for the reasons of common sense.

The Y2K problem (or potential one!) is driving many to stockpile food, toilet paper, generators, diesel fuel, etc. Even burying gold or silver in the back yard. Common sense is commendable. Says the Wise Man: "A prudent person foreseeth the evil" (Pr 22:3). "Go to the ant, thou sluggard . . .which . . . provides her food in the summer and gathers her food in the harvest" (6:6, 8).

Does Jesus say anything that might be relevant to this totally unprecedented problem of Y2K? Maybe! "Why do you worry . . .? Do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things" (Mt 6:28-32). Now before you accuse me of programming personal disaster, let me repeat, "Common sense is commendable." Be reasonable. Use good judgment.

But the REAL "famine" we face that we shouldn't forget is what we read in Amos 8:11-13: "People will be hungry, but not for bread; they will be thirsty, but not for water. They will hunger and thirst for a message from the Lord. I, the Sovereign Lord, have spoken. People will wander . . . from the north to the east. They will look everywhere for a message from the Lord, but they will not find it. On that day even healthy young men and women will collapse from thirst" (GNB). "Healthy"? It means happy Christian Baby-Boomers and Gen-Xers who are in the habit of going to church (maybe even prayer meeting?) but have never learned to "hear the word of the Lord" (that's the KJV rendering). What do you "believe" about God, and what do you know to be true about God? Gravity is true, and it comes from God, just as the Universe does, so... What passages from the Bible have you discussed with your children, or your wife, or your family? What is the meaning of life? Why are we here, on this earth, and why, in particular, at this particular time in the His-Story of the earth? What is the Law? Who is the Law for? What is the meaning of the Law? What is important in your life?

Are you really worried about your house? Is it important to you to have a big, fancy home next to other big, fancy homes? Why? In 100 years, who will care? In 50 years, who will care? In 25 years, who will care? Who cares now? You, and only you. Because it is not important to anyone but you, and you permit it to be important, despite all evidence to the contrary.

Food is important; your children, and how you teach and feed them, are important; your relationship with your children, your wife, and your family as well as your relationships with others of like mind are important; and, above all else, This is the Number One important thing on this earth: your relationship with God, through His Beloved Son, is important. Nothing much else matters.

If you are confused on these matters, then God help you, because I can not. This is something that you must resolve to your own satisfaction, and I hope you do so soon.

Your article about the so called budget surplus and Social Security was a pleasure to read. It contained one misunderstanding regarding the "Social Security Trust Fund" which I beg you to take note of.

There was NEVER such thing as a "Social Security Trust Fund"; It is a BIG LIE; a FRAUD and DECEPTION which has gone on for too long. The language of the original Social Security Statute (Act of August 14, 1935, Chapter 531, 49 Stat. 620), explicitly stated that the money raised by this new income tax (yes the Social Security and Medicare Taxes are merely income taxes in disguise, with no deductions) go into the GENERAL FUND of the U.S. Treasury; Meaning that Uncle Sammy can do whatever he pleases with that money. (Please read this carefully: the corporation that resides in Washington, DC, simply let you apply to pay another income tax through the Social Security fraud. - David)

At the same time, FDR (may he pay the price for his treasonous lies), began a campaign of deceiving the American People into believing that the Social Security Tax money is not a tax at all, but merely "your own money going to your own saving account for your future retirement."

FDR was so successful at deceiving the American people that when in the case of Helvering v. Taylor, 310 U.S. 619 (May 24, 1937), the U.S. Supreme court pointed out the law (referred to above) to the losing citizens, the lawyers of Helvering were surprised; These lawyers (who were supposed to know the law) were also deceived by this campaign of deception of FDR.

In fact, the Supreme Court pointed out, that if the money were to go from one group of people (the Taxed) to another group of people (the Retirees), it would constitute a "taking of property (money) without the due process of law". Therefore the drafters of the law were correct in writing the law in a way that all the Social Security money would go into Uncle Sammy's General Fund.

Today you still hear many people cry and scream about "protecting the social security trust fund" when there is none in existence to save. You are saying, then that Federal Reserve Notes are not legal tender for all debts public and private since about 1973? And that the Federal Reserve Notes circulating as cash are not part of the public debt ?

The Federal Reserve [bank] Note is a private scrip; there are no implementing regulations for the statute behind it to make it applicable in the several States; when Nixon detached our money from gold for international exchange purposes, and twice devalued it, it ceased being worth anything. That's when IRS ceased taking the stuff for payment of tax. I don't recall the I.R.C. section which authorized it for payment of tax, but it was repealed in either 1971 or '72.

We found this out in about 1995. Actually, by accident. A guy in Nebraska who was part of a class action managed by Lindsey Springer, who operates from a base in Tulsa, attempted to pay an assessment with FRN's. IRS personnel ran from them like a vampire from a cross. We then located the Code section, and Lindsey took the matter up in administrative & judicial forums. When he developed an "offer to pay" in FRN's, the government came back with something to the effect of there being no authority "to provide the relief..," requested.

Obviously, the FRN, so far as IRS is concerned, does not meet criteria of cash or its equivalent. Nor do they take love and affection for payment of tax. So what does that tell you?

If you happen to have a FRN handy, you will see that it is issued under authority of "The United States of America".

The Constitution vests authority in the United States, not the United States of America. We've demonstrated in various other transmissions that this particular "United States of America" is a relatively new creation comprised of territory (District of Columbia) and insular possessions of the United States (Puerto Rico, etc.) subject to sovereignty of the United States, not the original United States of America formally established in Article I of the Articles of Confederation. It is currently defined as an "agency of the United States" (see notes following 18 U.S.C. 1001; definition of "agency" at 18 U.S.C. 6), and if the EEOC definition someone else put into a discussion group is correct, as a corporate entity.

No, the "public money" scam is the far larger issue. There have been Title 31 regulations on the books for years instructing Government paymasters to press for electronic deposit. You will note the current Social Security Administration push for direct deposit. And as previously suggested, if you will read regulations relating to Federal Tax & Loan Depositories at 31 CFR 202 et seq., you will see that only officers and employees of the United States and its political subdivisions are authorized by law to receive and use "public money".

I haven't completed the George Mercier material yet, but think he is probably correct about the "bank signature card" being one of the key elements of fraud in the system that extends the contractual "equitable" (Ha!) remedy, civil and/or criminal, that hooks so many people in.

Think about it: "Public money" is based on obligations of the United States (Note: this is a corporation. - David) -- it is "credit" money. Whoever receives it is not paid for service, the United States is simply "discharging" the obligation to pay for service by advancing so much credit (debt of the United States), then whoever receives it passes "credit of the United States" along rather than ever paying for goods and services. This is the front end of our definition of "credit" in the Truth in Lending Act: The term "credit" is defined as the grant of authority [privilege] to defer payment of debt, or to create debt then defer payment.

When federally chartered financial institutions loan "money", they aren't loaning money. They loan "credit", with the credit "hypothecated" on credit of the United States -- Uncle Sugar stands in the background as third-party surety. In effect, Federal government tacitly underwrites all transactions to defer payment for goods and services, and all bank-generated lending.

To go one step further with this, FDIC insures ONLY "public money" deposits, and since ONLY officers and employees of United States Government and political subdivisions of the United States may lawfully possess public money, you are presumed to be a Federal employee if and when you open an account or secure a loan from a Federal Reserve-member or FDIC-insured financial institution. Your signature on the bank signature card therefore becomes "conclusive evidence" unless you are aware of its implications and know how to break one of the premises of the constructive trust.

Again, I haven't gotten through all of Judge Mercier's material yet, but I doubt seriously that he went into the "public money" scam, and he most certainly didn't distinguish between the "geographical United States" (territory and insular possessions of the United States) and the several States party to the Constitution. This is also key to the discussion as the Federal Tax & Loan Depositary may engage in lending only in the geographical United States -- it is only in territory and insular possessions of the United States that it legitimately serves as "fiscal agent" of the United States.

The question of "value" has been debated endlessly in the various discussion groups, so maybe asking the value of the FRN if IRS won't accept it in payment of tax has some merit. In other words, do 30 FRN's have any more value than 30 DMN's (Dan Meador Note)? Hardly. Whatever value the FRN has is simply perceived value; it has value only because Wal-Mart, the corner grocery and the gas station accept it in lieu of payment. On the front the thing says, "THIS NOTE IS LEGAL TENDER FOR ALL DEBTS, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE", but it says absolutely nothing about being lawful tender, and unless you know the "United States of America" is an agency of the United States, etc., you don't know where the stupid thing is legal tender. And it isn't even a "Federal Reserve Note" as such, it is a Federal Reserve [bank] Note. (see H.R. 1491 of March 9, 1933). (This is the beginning of where Dan and I disagree, and I know I am right. Federal reserve notes are not "perceived value," because everyone needs federal reserve notes to extinguish their debts to the bankers. The value, in salvaging the people’s pledged security, is very real. - David)

As to whether or not the FRN is part of the public debt ... it's darned sure part of the public fraud, whether part of the debt or not.

In the lower left corner on the face, you will notice that your FRN is signed by the Treasurer of the United States, and in the lower right corner, it is counter-signed by the Secretary of the Treasury. In other words, the FRN represents some kind of contractual obligation, but the matter needs considerably more study. This is particularly the case since recent research has demonstrated that at least some of our Secretaries of Treasury have been Secretary of the Treasury of the United States in name only -- they are nominated and confirmed as Governor of the so-called World Bank and other international development banks, most of which are chartered through the United Nations. Then there is the matter of the Treasury: Are you curious as to why the Treasurer of the United States would contract with the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States to create an obligation of the United States through a Federal Reserve Bank? It appears that the Treasurer of the United States who signed the FRN I am looking at is in the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. I'm curious as to how he got that title unless the Federal Reserve, as fiscal agent of the United States, is actually bankruptcy administrator over United States Government? Or maybe he is administrator over spoils of economic war. I haven't decided exactly why United States Government needed a private "fiscal agent" or exactly what a fiscal agent is or does other than manufacture money and credit out of thin air. Maybe it's simply another term for well-heeled, successful scam artists. Dan Meador

No, Dan, it is much simpler than that. We will go over part of this again, possibly in Part XX, but the answer is so simple, and I can not get Dan off dead center to look! He is convinced that the Constitution is the finest document ever written, and... Well, enough about that.

The "money" scam was well discussed in Part VI, so you have a better back ground than Dan Meador does in beginning to understand. But just as important as Part VI is Part VII, which reveals the real nature of what is going on. As I spoke above, and as I have pointed out before, the real value in federal reserve notes is the need of people to collect the notes to cancel debt for which those same people have pledged their homes, cars, businesses and on and on endlessly.

Because of the nature of a credit system, where the interest is unpayable, it is very necessary that the pool of debt expand endlessly. Since it is physically impossible for anything to expand endlessly, we have a small problem coming; a run on the banks as people wake up.

This is doubly dangerous for you, because all bank lending is dependent upon YOUR money being "on deposit" in the private commercial banks which "create" money "within" the United States. Think about this: When a bank accepts new deposits, it must create new debt within a short time using the new deposits so that the new debts which created the new deposits can be serviced. The commercial banks must stay close to 100% loaned up to their reserve requirements or many new loan failures result from a lack of new notes/debts in circulation which people can use to extinguish the old debts, and, of course, pay the interest owed to the banksters.

When people begin a run on the banks, and they will, as history proves time and time again, the banks are in an impossible position. Their reserve requirements are absolute, and can not be violated. Therefor, once a short run pulls their available deposits on hand down to the level required for their reserves, every dollar withdrawn after that requires that they call in at least $10.00 in loans, and they must do it NOW!

Here is the math; for every dollar which goes out the door, they must recall at least $10.00. Ten for every one dollar withdrawn. It does not take a math genius to understand that when bank runs start, and bank lending stops, we are in the beginnings of a great depression, and it will be a really long, hard one. So when I told you before that your life was going to change, believe me, it will happen, and the above is a big part of the reason why. And the demand for dollars will be very extreme for a short period of time; this is another reason why they are transferring new international lending to the Euro. Meanwhile, as the dollar implodes and devalues, the bankers will use their reserve to buy up everything that is not indebted to them, paying in many cases much more than fair market value just to get their hands on what they want. It does not matter; there does not exist but a small fraction of the dollars necessary to extinguish all existing dollar debts.

Now, when you read what Dan has written above, the part he is missing is the understanding that I just wrote, and the nature of the corporations that authorize using debt as currency. He still thinks of the United States government as a government, and does not recognize, nor give credence to the true significance of the information about it being a corporation. The nonsense of permitting a corporation, designed for economic gain and profit in commerce, being allowed to manage our lives for the profit of unnamed men is beyond me. I will not permit it.

I used to be proud that I was born free and lived in Michigan state, a geographical area. Now I am told it is the corporate "State of Michigan", and I am subject to its statutes, codes and laws.

I used to be proud that the citizenry knew their rights and where >they came from. Now most believe that they only have privileges granted them by the all powerful corporate state.

I used to be proud when I knew juries and grand juries stood against bad laws and judges. Now they are nothing more than a prosecutorial tool of the prosecutors and judges.

I used to be proud of the education standards of our schools and universitys. Now there are courses taught like 28 ways to shake hands and advanced basket weaving.

I used to be proud of my honorable military service in time of war. Now I know the people were, and are, constantly lied to about the causes and prisoners of that war.

I used to be proud when I saw a person in most any uniform on our streets. Now I fear for my safety because that person does not have me or my nation's security as his goal.

I used to be proud when I saw the "United States" (No yellow fringe) flag flying in our state. Now I see it as the symbol of a fearsome, manipulated, foreign corporation that is anti-American people.

I used to be proud to assert my right to vote for the statesman of choice. Now it matters not for whom, or even if, I vote; as politicians, mostly lawyers, are bought and paid for.

I used to be proud of the people at my local media for reporting truth, justice and all the news. Now it is controlled by the "editor" who censors it so that people cannot make fully informed decisions.

I used to be proud when I paid my fair share in taxes to support my government. Now I am aware none of that money goes to support our government.

I used to be proud that one qualification to become a police officer was local residency. Now the applicant must be a "citizen or resident of the United States", which is a foreign corporation.

I used to be proud that I had the freedom to travel without fear most anywhere in this nation. Now I worry when I see a policeman, lest I be caught breaking some edict of government and be jailed.

I used to be proud that all our government guarded my privacy as one of its main jobs. Now its main job is nothing less than the invasion and abolition of the privacy of all of the citizenry.

I used to be proud that I maintained my home and land well. Now I dare not improve it because I may not be able to afford the tax increase.

I used to be proud to enter most any neighborhood in this nation to visit friends or family. Now I fear doing so lest it be a "known" drug or crime area and my car will be confiscated.

I used to be proud that I had been called to serve for jury duty. Now I avoid the courts as just another "business for profit" in the law enforcement industry.

I used to be proud that my neighbors were watchful of my lands and property. Now I fear they could be the cause of its forfeiture for some victimless, mala prohibita crime.

I used to be proud that I had a right to responsibly own, possess and use "arms". Now those actions are being used to label me as "anti-government", or "militia", "terrorist", or worse.

I used to be proud to stand up and be counted as a loud voice on numerous issues. Now I hesitate to do so, should I, or my family, become targets of ignorant vindictiveness.

I used to be proud that I could read, study, and live, my religion's teachings. Now if I do so, I am falsely branded as "white supremacist", "anti-Semitic", "radical", "racist", or worse.

I used to be proud that I did not need government identification for all personal interactions. Now I fear that a national identification document for all transactions is law in the land.

I used to be proud that I could say or write most anything, with responsibility. Now if I speak or write freely, expressing unpopular views, I am called a "paper terrorist" or worse.

I used to be proud that I could teach my children my religion's moral views and ways. Now, if I do so, I may be charged with the crime of teaching religion without training and a license.

I used to be proud that my children were properly punished when they did wrong. Now I fear to do so because I might be charged with "child abuse".

I used to be proud to let my children learn by doing things for themselves. Now if I do so I may be charged with "child neglect".

I used to be proud that my spouse and I had a marriage license, believing it was required. Now I learn it is permission to the false god, the state, to control me, my spouse, and my children.

I used to be proud that I was among the creators of this earthly government. Now I am told I must obey any unreasonable demand of its lowliest bureaucrat, as he is over me in authority.

I used to be proud to grasp and shake the hand of anyone, in mutual honor, dignity and respect. Now most want to "slap hands" (a "high five"), in which there is no mutual honor, nor dignity, nor respect.

I used to be proud that my debts were "paid" with substance, not cheating those I dealt with. Now debts are "discharged" using "debt instruments".

I used to be proud that I was "no-account" and not a "shill" for debts. Now I cannot conduct business without approved "identification", "credit" or an "account with us".

I used to be proud that I could actually do a wide variety of things without anyone's permission. Now I am told I must ask permission of government beforehand as I may be violating some prohibitive law.

I used to be proud that my word could be believed as truth and without deceit. Now people will not believe even the most honest person because of the constant lies they get.

I used to be proud to be a responsible, conscientious, hard working, honorable, caring, voting, spouse, father and member of the political community. Now I am ridiculed, threatened, harassed, cheated, conspired against, and made a criminal, risking reputation, life and limb, because of my religious beliefs, my gun ownership, my stand on certain moral issues, my lack of instant compliance to every minuscule demand of government at all levels, and my sacred responsibility to my children, family, neighbors and nation.

Pretty interesting when you have the background to understand what this man has written, and the real depth of the "Workers of Iniquity" lies and deceit.

Even on the international level, no one is safe from the criminal actions of U.S. government policy. Indeed, U.S. foreign policy increasingly resembles the lawless behavior of a rogue state. We were told that U.S. air raids on Iraq last month were directed only at official buildings and sites. The bombs damaged an agricultural school and at least a dozen other schools and hospitals (including a maternity hospital and an outpatient clinic). It wiped out the water supplies for 300,000 people in Baghdad. Bombs destroyed an important steel factory, and smashed a rice storehouse in Tikrit, north of Baghdad. In the Kurdish north, an entire secondary school was blown to smithereens.

There is a reason why international law has traditionally forbidden these kinds of tactics. They are worse than uncivilized. They are the actions of a terrorist state. And coming on the heels of the senseless destruction of a pharmaceutical factory in the Sudan, they illustrate why the U.S. government has taken its place as the most hated institution in the world. No matter what I write, there will be a certain hesitation in many of you to accept the true depth of the evil that resides in the men who currently occupy Washington, DC. JET CONTRAILS IN THE SKY ARE IDENTIFIED!! SAMPLES ARE ANALYZED!!

The lab director of Aqua-tech Environmental using samples taken from JP-8 contaminated fields of Maryland and Pennsylvania, reported today (9/18/97) that ethylene dibromide, otherwise known as EDB, has been the contaminate in the fuel and water samples taken or submitted by farmers, pilots and tanker drivers. EDB is one of the most tightly controlled EPA substances and was banned in 1983 due to its carcinogenity. EDB is a pesticide that apparently is being placed in the jet fuel and dispersed on a daily, almost non-stop basis in our skies. The lines filling our skies are not contrails. The lines are dispersed and may linger for hours, slowly filtering down to unsuspecting pests, and I guess we’re the PESTS.

Water samples are contaminated with EDB and crops are dying. EDB is just one more avenue for the UN NWO folks to starve us to death and make us ill by weakening our already compromised immune systems. Exposure to this toxic chemical may lead to cancer, liver and kidney damage, pulmonary edema, damage to a developing fetus and reproductive organs of both men and women. Let’s not forget that the chemical may also cause sterility. Doesn’t that fit into their plan for population control? They have really found the perfect chemical. EDB is a carcinogen and a mutagen that may also cause eye and skin irritation, cardiopulmonary arrest, and binds to DNA. Skin blisters and respiratory failure are other conditions caused by ethylene dibromide.

The conditions are too numerous to list but this will give you an idea of problems caused by this chemical. EDB is a carcinogen at any exposure level and humans are more susceptible than animals to the acute toxic affects. This does not mean that it will not kill animals. We have reports from California and Wyoming of the birds dying.

Ethylene dibromide was used in leaded gasoline until 1983 to remove lead from engines and was found in engine exhaust. This chemical is a heavy liquid with a chloroform-like odor that becomes a gas at temperatures greater than 40 degrees F. The higher the temperature it is dispersed at, the more toxic it becomes, therefore dispersing from a jet would be ideal.

The compound is stable, meaning it does not easily decompose. This would account for the substance staying in the sky for long periods of time. EDB is only slightly soluble in water, but dissolves easily in organic solvents. JP-8 is considered an organic solvent. A water sample from rain would be an excellent way to verify contamination and a fuel sample so much the better.

Please note that EDB is a colorless liquid, with a sweet odor, however no smell does not mean you are not being exposed. Substances are also added that counteract the smell. Pilots please note that dispersing JP-8, along with these toxic chemicals is killing people. You are not counteracting any type of biological that has been spread, or any antidote of any type.

We now have proof that our government is using chemical agents on populated areas they are adding it to military jet fuel. Have you ever looked up at a vapor trail behind military aircraft flying so high a symbol of Americas power. Look again!

Commercial jets also leave a lovely (non-toxic) vapor trail when the heat from the turbines come in contact with the cool air condensing the water droplets into steam. Softly the lines defuse into the blue sky. So what is different about the military aircraft, the answer is simple; It’s the Fuel JP-8+100 is some really bad stuff. When you look up over the skies of New York City on a clear, sunny morning you see the military aircraft making patterns across the sky with their vapor trails. The smoke is thick and does not go away. When it comes in contact with the sunlight it turns to a purple color, then dissipates into an over cast Purple Haze.

Sec. 1520: Use of human subjects for testing of chemical or biological agents by Department of Defense; accounting to Congressional committees with respect to experiments and studies; notification of local civilian officials.

(a) Not later than thirty days after final approval within the Department of Defense of plans for any experiment or study to be conducted by the Department of Defense, whether directly or under contract, involving the use of human subjects for the testing of chemical or biological agents, the Secretary of Defense shall supply the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives with a full accounting of such plans for such experiment or study, and such experiment or study may then be conducted only after the expiration of the thirty-day period beginning on the date such accounting is received by such committees.

(b)(1) The Secretary of Defense may not conduct any test or experiment involving the use of any chemical or biological agent on civilian populations unless local civilian officials in the area in which the test or experiment is to be conducted are notified in advance of such test or experiment (that could be the local dog catcher), and such test or experiment may then be conducted only after the expiration of the thirty-day period beginning on the date of such notification.

(2) Paragraph (1) shall apply to tests and experiments conducted by Department of Defense personnel and tests and experiments conducted on behalf of the Department of Defense by contractors.

As we have seen, with respect to the now-repealed U.S. Code 10(1520), the use of entire "civilian populations" for the testing of any chemical or biological warfare agent has been fully permitted, subject only to minor conditions. The new law, USC 10(1520(a)), puts limits only on any public poisoning conducted by one official.

If mass poisoning is defined in the law, can we really say that reports of jets spraying sickness down from the skies is such a big surprise? -- Ian Goddard

Something huge is going on. In many regions, I can confirm that hospital emergency rooms are filled to overflowing with a sudden epidemic of acute respiratory patients suffering from something doctors cannot diagnose - and that is NOT the flu. Newspapers in Bakersfield, California are reporting jammed emergency rooms. Here's a typical story from a North Carolina newspaper:

"FEELING ROTTEN? Outbreak of respiratory illnesses has doctors' offices full, but it's probably not the flu." by Rebecca Lentz, Staff Writer

"Call it the creeping crud. Call it a virus. Call it whatever you'd like. But whatever it is, it's miserable. "Adults and children alike are down for the count with the virus. Upper respiratory infections are keeping doctors' offices hopping and the hospital seeing record numbers of patients.

"Medac, a walk-in clinic, has been busy with patients complaining of similar symptoms. New Hanover Regional's patient count has been at its highest level in history, with 503 of its available 504 inpatient beds filled on Jan. 7. On Sunday, the patient count stood at 454. Even so, the majority of illnesses aren't influenza, health officials said.

This much we know:

1. Reports of odd "contrails" are coming in from 22 states so far. Many sightings occurred months or years before this story was made public - prompting impromptu snapshots and video recordings and calls to the attention of friends and bystanders by people who are quite used to seeing commercial airplanes and normal contrails - and were astonished to see giant X's and grid-patterns woven "like Tic-tac-toe" by large aircraft criss-crossing the sky, often for hours over the same area.

2. These are not "contrails" being reported. The aircraft have been positively identified as USAF Boeing KC-135 and KC-10 air-to-air refueling aircraft spraying an unidentified substance from their tail-booms.

3. The observed tanker aircraft are not engaged in routine formation flying or air-to-air refueling. JP8 fuel inadvertently spilled or dumped to lower landing weights atomizes at jet speeds and does not fall as "cobwebs" observed by police officers and other reliable witnesses. Routine fuel dumping does not continue over hours by multiple aircraft weaving furrows over the same area until clear blue skies are completely hazed over.

4. Now occurring daily, this extremely expensive nationwide "spraying" is deliberate and laid down in specific patterns over hours.

5. These are not "cloud-seeding" activities as no clouds are present and local weather does not turn to rain immediately after these events.

6. In some notable cases, violent and unseasonable storms such as the recent flurry of "summer" tornadoes over Tennessee and heavy snowfall in Bakersfield, CA and Phoenix, AZ have occurred within days of documented (videotaped) spraying. Sharp "spikes" in power output from the USN/USAF "ionospheric heater" known as HAARP were recorded just before last December's "horizontal snowstorm", localized around Turret Peak, AZ. These weather anomalies - and HAARP - may be related to aerial spraying using fast-dissolving, "smart plastic" polymers to catch HAARP's high-intensity radio waves to heat the atmosphere. Or these may be separate experiments.

7. What is definitely known and verifiable is that thousands, quite possibly tens of thousands of Americans - and perhaps more - are becoming ill enough to seek medical attention after these fly-overs, which are continuing at a stepped-up pace as I write.

PLEASE get back on your network right away and ask your conscientious subscribers to once again come through for all of us and bombard their Congressional representatives with an avalanche of faxes and e-mails and phone calls demanding an immediate Senate and House investigation into the deliberate large-scale spraying currently going on across America. THIS IS A NATIONAL EMERGENCY!!!!!

Could this story be true? I suspect that there is an element of truth in it no matter what the full story is. As I mentioned before, I have seen the documentation for some of the "testing" that was done on unsuspecting populations in Albuquerque, New Mexico and Salt Lake City, Utah. So this is completely within the area of possibility. The next thing you want to take into account is; Just how smart are these people?

The ones who wrote the law; those who blindly follow orders; the blind supporters of the government/Constitution; the ones doing the flying or other experiments: they don’t get it I guess, because they, too, are population. And so are their families, friends, and neighbors. The material mentioned above can not be escaped "within" the United States, because it will contaminate food and water sources, as well as damage people directly. As we get closer to the year 2000, you can expect to see more and more of this type of thing going on. And this brings up another point stressed through the next report: Are you capable of taking care of yourself?

Does that sound like a silly question, particularly to grown adults? But are you adults? Can you build yourself a hovel to shelter in? Or heat your own home if there is an interruption of major duration in the power supply? How about feed yourself? Can you do that? And, of course, I do not mean open up another can of non-nutrition; I mean, CAN YOU FEED YOURSELF, AND YOUR FAMILY? For one week? For one month? For a year? Can you do it? Or have you bought into the nonsense that you are part of the greater whole; a part of the system, and as long as you do your little bit, the system will take care of you?

We have all forgotten that systems are designed to benefit those who control the systems, and that we are simply part of the benefit package, or we have no place (for reference, see the killing of the elderly "for their own good"). We also forget, that when those who control the "system" decide to change the parameters of the program, we are subject to being ruled excess baggage.

Take a look here at something that affects all of us. As a research/reporter non-attending member of the most senior programmers group on earth; the Washington DC y2k group I have partial access to correspondence between a few hundred of the best of the top 2,000 of the earth’s best programmers. http://www.wdcy2k.org/

This letter is similar to what is being said more and more by more and more of these "Super Geeks" as they call themselves; the super programmers. I privately write to some of the best and help them figure out ways to stay on the job, programming longer and helping the rest of us more, before they Bug-Out to their rural retreats. Already some have left. Many are planning to leave in the next weeks. One of these guys leaving is a HUGE loss in the battle to mitigate y2k difficulties.

The shortage of programmers is growing. Also y2k programmers are now usually getting paid better --- up from $15 an hour of two years ago to about $60 to $80 per hour while the top testers for the same companies are being paid from $100 to nearly $1,000 per hour depending on the skill levels they have -- with huge bonuses next Feb. and March -- if the things they test work.

The y2k testers luckily don't usually have a clue YET, as to how bad y2k is going to be. Because, their tests are still being written. When they start to see the failure rates that the programmers know are coming -- then the testers will begin to prepare to run for the hills too.

All this does matter. It matters to all of us. Except for those few Mormons living in the caves, fishing the rivers, hunting the woods and farming the valleys of distant reaches in Alaska -- living with their several wives and shut out from all society for decades. They will lose only their cell phones and have to resort to archery when the bullets run out. For the rest of us. Ignorance is bliss. Let those who refuse to look lie back. It does little good to explain a sunset or a rose to a blind man.

As a Cobol programmer fixing code for Y2K compliance for a large oil trading firm, I must strongly disagree with your conclusions in your recent editorial on Y2K.

I can assure you that most large companies are way behind schedule, including my own. Regrettably, these very same companies tell the general public everything is OK and not to worry when they know they have no chance of making the deadline.

Even though most large corporations will indeed finish their necessary code changes, they will not have enough time for testing. Testing is one of the biggest bugaboos in the whole Y2K fiasco. Also, there is no set protocol for date formatting using the popular "windowing" repair scheme between companies code repairs. Testing is at least 50 percent of most Y2K projects. There is a critical shortage of people qualified to test.

The situation is really quite desperate and most code programmers are indeed stocking up on food. Most people have no idea how severe and long-lasting the disruptions will be. Those who do not prepare may possibly die as a result of Y2K.

Another important area you did not mention was the dismal state of Y2K compliance of the federal government. Most other countries are way behind us. We are not an island. Foreign supply chains will be a big problem. Michael Taylor, guava@northcoast.com

As you read the above, remember, this is the man everyone who wanted Clinton out was going to get for President, probably for ten years or so. This book by Al Gore contains no scientific research or basis in it’s discussions, but is simply a long dissertation on the benefits, more or less, of paganism; it is not based on facts, but on beliefs. It has in it no facts, but will tell you pretty much directly that one of the largest ills of the world is the proliferation of cars for so many people. That should tell you that restrictions on travel and on the use of cars, particularly by the poor, are coming, and soon. In essence, Gore believes that everyone should be locked into a cubicle, strictly to protect the environment, of course, and allowed out only to work for the production of wealth for the elite. Just as Nike and other multi-national corporation manage their "human resources" in Asia now.

This is what population control is all about; to reduce the population of the earth so that the only people necessary, outside of the elite, is the work force necessary to produce the luxury that the elite desire. With no problems, such as arguments about taxes and such. Simply put, the only restriction today on the ability of the world to feed itself comes from so-called governments. And the real polluters of the earth look, quite successfully, to those same governments for protection from the consequences of their actions.

What nonsense. This assumes that the spraying and other experimentation going on around the world on unsuspecting people does not affect the tax gatherer or the legislature. These people simply have no conceivable idea of the meaning of life.
