"One
of the ordinary modes, by which tyrants accomplish their purposes
without resistance, is, by disarming the people, and making it
an offence to keep arms, and by substituting a regular army in
the stead of a resort to the militia. The friends of a free government
cannot be too watchful, to overcome the dangerous tendency of
the public mind to sacrifice, for the sake of mere private convenience,
this powerful check upon the designs of ambitious men."
-- Joseph Story, Familiar Exposition
of the Constitution of the United States 264 (1840)

Gun-Control is a deceptive lie foisted upon us by the Khazar government
and their stooges. They fear us because an armed citizenry can
AND will take out an overly oppressive government. Antigun activists
promoting citizen disarmament are fundamental opponents of individual
sovereignty and individual liberty. They are therefore your enemies,
my enemies and indeed enemies of the State. These people are guilty
of Treason!
Law abiding citizens have a God given right, no a God given order
to defend themselves and their property with the most effective
means available. No one, not even Klinton, has any business interfering
with the ability of citizens to exercise what the Second Amendment
of the Constitution recognized as a long-existing right.
The Khazar and his henchmen fear this amendment for it clearly
states that: "A well-regulated Militia, being necessary
for the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep
and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
|
|
The
government is entitled to act in ways that are at odds with the
Amendment's purpose, so long as it doesn't deprive the people
of the right to keep and bear arms. Congress has no obligation,
for instance, to properly train the Militia, or to demand that
it be armed. (Cf. Militia Act of May 8,
1792, ch. 33, 1 Stat. 271 (repealed Jan. 21, 1903) (requiring
all able-bodied adult white male citizens from 18 to 45 to arm
themselves) Congress may even take steps that might undercut
the value of a well-regulated Militia to the security of a free
State, for instance to create a standing army. (See
U.S. Const. art. I, § 8, cl. 12. )
By advocating gun control - antigun lobbyists reveal their true
nature as totalitarian, powercrazed control freaks, admitting
that the state holds absolute authority in the decision as to
who shall live and who must die.
We WILL NEVER allow that to happen!

"The
right declared was meant to be a strong moral check against the
usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers, and as a necessary and
efficient means of regaining rights when temporarily overturned
by usurpation."

Thomas Cooley, Principles of Constitutional Law 270 (1880)
