CALL
someone a "kaffir", "Coolie" or "Meid" and
you are in big, big trouble! So says a new proposed law to be submitted
to parliament and ratified by president Mbeki before February next year.
Even though these words also appear in the Duch dictionary, uttering them
in South Africa will now get you hauled in front of a new "people's
Court" (albeit that the name now is "Equality Court or Tribunal")
accused of "unfair discrimination" and most likely be convicted
no matter what you say and fined sufficiently steeply as to wipe you out
financially. It took the mad hordes only 5,5 years to achieve this goal
of stripping the white man in South Africa of all his wealth AND his dignity.
A feat unparallelled by any other ethnic group ANYWHERE in the world.
Even the crazed masses in Haiti took longer to destroy their island.
This
new "Promotion of Equality Bill" will promote some other effects
besides the feeble attempt at eradicating normal human habits of calling
someone names, namely: job losses.
The
only short term benificiaries of this new law, if MBEKI is shortsighted
enough to pass it, are moving companies as they will see another flurry
of emigrants desert an already anaemic economy. For every emigrant that
the country loses one can safely assume that at least 5 "previously
disadvantaged" people will once again become "currently disadvantaged"
as the (affirmative action) jobs they hold disappear with the departing
employer. If the employer cannot get out of the country he might simply
throw in the towel but the effect is the same. Job losses. This will lead
to even more crime and the cycle of South Africa's demise into the cesspit
of Death, Destruction and Despair will continue unabated. This bill will
be the final death knell for South Africa.
Let's
take a brief look at some of this bill's objectives:
Not
only is discrimination based on race, gender and disability outlawed,
but also any discrimination based on "socio-economic status."
Employers are no longer allowed to refuse jobs to uneducated, illiterate
morons.
Insurance
providers may no longer deny participation in health plans and pension
benefits to the unemployed or anyone without an income or financial
resources. Educational institutions can no longer refuse entry to
degree course on grounds of an empty wallet or an empty head on
the student's part. A landlord seeking a tenant is NOT allowed to
turn away an unemployed person who has no income.

Banks
are NOT allowed to decline loan- or mortgage applications from persons
whom they fear cannot repay such loans or if the applicant lives in a
crime riddled area. Medical Insurers can no longer turn away unemployed
persons, AIDS patients or those tested positive for HIV (more than 25%
of the population.)
The
media are no longer allowed to use descriptives such as white, black,
fat, thin, old, elderly, youthful, married, aged, gay, lesbian etc, etc
ad nauseam, without prior consent. Why not ban reading and writing altogether?
It
gets even better! In a sinister turn to the dark ages the accused must
prove that he is innocent, reminiscent of the witch burning days in medieval
Europe, and prove that the discrimination of which he stands accused was
reasonable and justifiable, or face a tribunal of radical ANC activists.
Even if it was possible to justify discrimination, what kind of argument
would one offer in defense? "I am sorry, your honor, but she stank..."
or "Well, your honor, this "old chap" tried to "borrow"
my car and he did not respond favorably to my inquiry as to what he thought
he was doing. Even my gun could not convince him, but when I called him
a "bobbejaan" (baboon) he went ballistic and here I stand..."
Imagine
that! Having said all this it's pretty obvious that this marvel of ANC
social engineering stems from the days when the ANC was still a banned
terrorist organization and that the new bill is specifically aimed at
whites.
An
English online daily said that "this bill represents the most pernicious
form of political correctness and will create a climate of moral terror
in South Africa." Yet Thabo Mbeki and Alec Erwin minister of Trade
are hopping around the world begging for foreign investments in order
to bring improvement to SA's shocking unemployment rate of more than 30
percent. With such laughable proposals for statutes there is little chance
that any of those requests for Foreign Aid and Capital will survive. Worse,
if Thabo Mbeki sign this Bill into Law before February 4, 2000 there is
a distinct chance that his presidency will not survive...
"The
Promotion of Equality and Prevention of Unfair Discrimination Bill"
is nothing more than a terrible Job-Killer drafted by the ANC's
own !@#$% Kxxxxxs. Hxxnoxxe, and xxx meide xxxx in the xxxxx xxxxx xxxx.
